In the second training session of the Cultural Project Management series, we will look at the dynamics of relationships in consortia and how to prevent communication crises.
Session content:
- Finding the right partners: How to align values and goals using existing networks and platforms.
- Tactical Partnership Building: How to build solid collaborations for upcoming grant applications, even with organisations you haven't worked with before.
- Structuring the collaboration: Setting clear roles, governance structures, and effective agreements.
- Communication dynamics: Strategies for internal dialogue, conflict resolution, and remote collaboration.
- From Project to Ecosystem: Transitioning from short-term partnerships into strategic, long-term creative collaborations.
The training session will be held in English.
