IZOLYATSIA Application Platform

The IZOLYATSIA Application Platform is a  applications and grant management application developed by the IZOLYATSIA Foundation, designed to ensure a fast, transparent, and efficient process for applying to programmes, competitions, and grants.

This platform was developed to make participation in competitive programmes simple, transparent, and convenient for applicants as well as for experts and project managers.

The platform enables users to:

  • Register and create a profile for submitting applications;
  • Browse open programmes and submit applications directly through the platform;
  • Attach necessary documents, reports, photo and video materials, event plans, budgets, primary documentation, and more;
  • Receive feedback on the status and implementation progress of their applications and projects;
  • Take part in subsequent stages of the programme (monitoring, evaluation, reporting);
  • Store an archive of applications and documents from previous projects.

A user-friendly interface is available for applicants and experts of all genders, allowing them to evaluate applications, leave internal comments, update the status of submitted materials, and manage all stages of the competition process.

The platform serves as the primary tool of interaction between applicants and project teams, ensuring a centralised process for submission, evaluation, administration, communication, and reporting.

The IZOLYATSIA Foundation believes that this system can be useful beyond organization's own programmes. The foundation’s team is open to partnerships and invites other organisations running competitions or grant programmes to take advantage of the platform’s capabilities in their work. The system can be easily customised to suit different types of competitions and application formats, supports multimedia content, and offers a flexible system for evaluation and communication with participants.
