For partners registered in Creative Europe countries other than Ukraine: national registration documents with English translation in case the document is issued in another language. For partners from Ukraine: actual full extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations; the current version of the charter or regulations or equivalent (if such is mandatory for the legal entity). All these documents should be submitted in their original language.
